Behavior (DISC)
Our behavioral assessment is based on the four primary emotions (anger, optimism, patience, and fear).
Our behaviors are "regulated" by our Primary emotions in two distinct areas. Firstly, we live a separate existence, and secondly, we live in a shared existence. Separate existence entails "being ourselves" separate from the influence of others. This is the true "us" and represents our "natural" self-concept.
Shared existence entails our interactives with others in "shared" spaces like work and social engagements. In these dimensions, we adapt our emotions to succeed and survive these environments. We adapt in four specific ways. These include taking, attracting, responding, and preserving (TARP).
